In this panel discussion: We will introduce a group of Egyptian Cyber Security Professionals who managed to be a part of a number of a prestigious leading security firms.

The discussion will address the skills and education required to get hired in an international security company. What are their daily jobs and the challenges they face to get hired? . What are their advices to the new generation of Cyber Security Professionals?.

Also, The discussion will introduce ideas and suggestions to improve the Egyptian Cyber Security industry and how to use the most important asset in Egypt which is human capacity.

Ehab is a Security Consultant at IOActive. Has over 10 years of experience in performing security assessments and reverse engineering engagements, hardware hacking and building, identifying vulnerabilities and developing exploits for clients in such industries as software development, telecommunications, financial services, aviation, movie industry, retail, governmental and fortune 500 companies.

Ghareeb holds a position of senior Security researcher at Kaspersky Global Research and Analysis Team (GReAT) where he works on analyzing advanced cyberespionage operations. Prior to joining Kaspersky Ghareeb worked as a senior Malware analyst and security incident handler in the Egyptian CERT.

Ahmed Shosha is a Digital Forensic and Incident Response consultant at Mandiant -Fireeye company-; and Assistant Professor at Nile University. He received his PhD degree in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Ireland. His role in Mandiant focuses on large scale malware investigation to find indication of compromise (IoC) related to Advanced Persistence Attacks (APT).
